We strongly recommend purchasing sample sizes before committing to a full-size bottle to ensure the fragrance is the right fit for you.

At MEMORY&COLOR, due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed or shipped.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at KOOLEYL88@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and provide a replacement if applicable.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
