RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We strongly recommend purchasing our 3 mL sample sizes before committing to a full-size bottle to ensure the fragrance is the right fit for you.

At MEMORY&COLOR, due to the personal nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and product safety reasons, all fragrance sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal scent preferences, or opened or used products.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at KOOLEY88@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review your concern and provide an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable. This does not limit your rights under applicable law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipment.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are nonrefundable except where required by law or when a refund is appropriate due to an error on our part.
